This requirement is for an elevator modernization and preventive service maintenance agreement at PDX ATCT in Portland, OR. The FAA is exempt from state and local taxes; this exemption, however, does not pass through to the contractor. The contractor therefore will be responsible for all state, local, and other applicable taxes. All contractors must be in compliance with Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors in SAM, per the attached hyperlink, (https://sam.gov/opp/a34bc81db63642a6ae27089e6c86f15b/view). All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to receive the award. This Solicitation is a full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 238290 with a small business size standard of $19.5M. Estimated Project Magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this requirement. All pre-construction submittals must be approved before issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
