This requirement is for an elevator modernization and preventive service maintenance agreement at PDX ATCT in Portland, OR. The FAA is exempt from state and local taxes; this exemption, however, does not pass through to the contractor. The contractor therefore will be responsible for all state, local, and other applicable taxes. All contractors must be in compliance with Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors in SAM, per the attached hyperlink, (https://sam.gov/opp/a34bc81db63642a6ae27089e6c86f15b/view). All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to receive the award. This Solicitation is a full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 238290 with a small business size standard of $19.5M. Estimated Project Magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this requirement. All pre-construction submittals must be approved before issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Proposals are due no later than October 28, 2022 at 1200 CT. Any proposal received after October 28, 2022 at 1200 CT will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award. 00001 Modernization of PDX ATCT Elevator controls and drive system. Electronic & IT: 03 Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation to assess, perform, modernize/repair the elevator. at Portland International Airport. Contractor performance shall be IAW Attachment J-1 - Performance Work Statement and all other associated attachments included in this solicitation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
