Lake Oswego School District ("District") will be accepting sealed bids from all approved prequalified general contractors (selected through the District RFQ process) for the River Grove Elementary School Replacement (the "Project") located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. NOTE: This location is an active school facility and students are released at 2:40 p.m. The front parking lot may be full. There are two additional parking lots toward the south and southeast of the building. Make necessary provisions to ensure your bid is received at the front office and time-stamped no later than 1 p.m. on October 19, 2022. Time is of the essence for completion of this project with a Substantial Completion date of Wednesday, January 31, 2024. As pursuant to ORS 279.027, contractors are required to complete the first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the Palisades Main Office located in the Palisades World Language School, 1500 Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 within two hours of the bid time and date. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law). Create a schedule that achieves substantial completion no later than Wednesday, January 31, 2024, and Project close out no later than Friday March 15, 2024. Achieve off-site substantial completion no later than Friday, June 7, 2024, with final completion by Monday, July 29, 2024. The substantial completion shall include all work shown on the drawings and briefly described in the scope of work below. LOSD will also allow selected, approved work to continue into the school year, including work on the brick exterior, the roof, and final site work.
