Interior / Exterior Design and Purchasing Management Services for Snowden Apartments NIGP CODE: 425-00, 906-52, 956-70 Opportunity Home San Antonio and its affiliated entities invite proposals from qualified individuals, firms, and/or corporations to provide Interior/Exterior Design and Purchasing Management Services for Snowden Apartments, LP. An approximately 135-unit multifamily housing project for Seniors aged 62 years and older, the Snowden Senior apartment complex is to be located at 7223 Snowden Road, San Antonio, Texas 78240. In partnership with Snowden Apartments GP, LLC, the Snowden Senior apartment complex will be developed by the San Antonio Housing Facility Corporation (further project details are described in Exhibit A). By the time the civil construction works are completed, interior and exterior areas, as specified and described in Attachment A, shall be supplied and installed with furniture, fixtures, and equipment by means of interior/exterior design and purchasing management services.
