Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Proposed Work Includes Approximately the Following: Installation and Repair of a Storm Drainage System; Consisting of Approximately, 8 Manholes, 1,825 Lf of Various Size Storm Drainpipe and Associated Appurtenances, Asphalt Paving, Patching and Striping, Install and Upgrade Sidewalks and Ada Ramps as Necessary, and Connect to Current Stormdrain System If the bidder has prequalified with the City within one year prior to the Bid Opening, and such prequalification is for the call of work as stated above with no substantial change, then it will not be necessary to prequalify again for this bid. Bidder shall state as part of the bid that the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rate) shall be complied with. The City of Grants Pass may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements, may waive any irregularities, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so. SPECIAL NOTE! The work shall be completed no later than ninety (90) calendar days after a written "Notice to Proceed" is given to the Contractor by City.
