NYS Office of General Services (OGS) is seeking a qualified Contractor to repair, restore, and maintain all corroded, cracked, damaged, deteriorated, discolored, and scratched metal surfaces throughout the Empire State Plaza and various Downtown Albany State Facilities. The awarded Contractor must provide scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure the integrity of the metal items and surfaces are properly cared for and preserved. Some of the metal items will require an initial servicing intended to restore the metal to the desired state. Proposing firms must have a minimum three years' experience restoring, refinishing, and maintaining bronze, brass, and stainless steel to be considered qualified for purposes of the solicitation.
