Contract Term Any contract resulting from this Solicitation will have an initial term beginning upon award and expiring August 31, 2023. HHSC, at its sole discretion, may renew the Contract for up to one (1), one (1) year period: Renewal 1 term: September 1,2023 to August 31, 2024 Such renewal(s), if exercised, shall be subject to all the requirements and terms and conditions of the Contract.
