This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Sheridan College ("Sheridan") to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Paving and Other Repairs as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). By way of this RFSQ, Sheridan intends to establish a roster of Vendor of Record ("VOR") for pre-qualify Contractors who will be invited to bid on various future Paving and other repairs projects of budgets up to one million dollars ($1,000,000) excluding applicable taxes. All dollar amounts reflected herein are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Pre-qualified Proponents will be contacted on an as-required basis to provide solutions for specific projects. The projects will include future paving, interlock, concrete and asphalt projects at all Sheridan College Campus locations. The failure of any respondents to receive or examine any document, form, addendum, or agreement issued by Sheridan, or visit any site(s) to become familiar with existing conditions, shall not relieve the respondent of any obligation with respect to its proposal or any executed agreement. This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Sheridan College reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
