Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information SCOPE OF WORK The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Lead and Copper Rule Revision Service Line Investigation & Replacement Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. As part of the Environmental Protection Agencys Lead and Copper Revisions, the City is required to identify and categorize all of the service lines, regardless of ownership. Water service lines with substandard material will be identified and prioritized for future replacement. Substandard water service lines made of galvanized pipe, will be removed as part of the Citys efforts to minimize the potential of lead exposure and to maintain compliance with the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions. A Small Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is citywide.
