Reference number : 1648807 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The municipality of Hébertville owns the Center Récréotouristique du Mont-Lac-Vert. Its management is entrusted by mandate to a non-profit organization which is responsible for 4-season operations. The Municipality of Hébertville is requesting bids for work to convert trail lighting to LEDs for the Center Rééotouristique du Mont Lac-Vert. In general, but not limited to, work on the electrical system concerns: Dismantling of existing luminaires Installation of new light fixtures Lighting power supply Disposal of dismantled equipment All related work. Only tenders prepared on the forms provided for this purpose by the Municipality will be considered. Tenders must be accompanied by either a tender bond or a certified check established at 10% of the amount of the work, valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders, made out to the order of the municipality of Hébertville. Any interested bidder may visit the work site during the normal office hours of the Municipality. It is his responsibility to carefully examine the premises, documents and conditions relating to the work before submitting his bid. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The municipality of Hébertville does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, or to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s) and reserves the right to disregard any minor irregularity that a tender may contain. The Municipality reserves the right to reduce, at its sole discretion, the scope of the mandate to be carried out.
