The Energy Resources Operations Center is located at 628 Albemarle Avenue. This facility has been in service for over 60 years with various building additions and improvements throughout this period. The Energy Resources Department is seeking to add office space and restrooms upstairs and renovate restrooms downstairs. Full plans are attached to this RFP and City of Rocky Mount Inspections has approved said plans. This proposal should include the entire cost of completing the project according to the plans provided.
