RDWD2103 Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, or a certified check made payable to the TOWN OF RIVERHEAD as assurance that the bid is made in good faith. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the lowest responsible bid.
