Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pardeeville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work for which bids are asked includes the following: o Duplex submersible lift station and 4" PVC force main o Approximately 3,200 linear feet of PVC sanitary sewer, PVC water main, and HDPE storm sewer including all appurtenances. o Approximately 3,700 linear feet of roadway reconstruction including dense graded base, curb and gutter, and 3.5" asphalt pavement. o Lot grading for the entire new development including grading an additional 1,000 linear feet of roadway to subgrade. o Grading and restoration for two wet ponds and two infiltration basins. Additional grading to expand an existing natural pond. o All other surface/turf restoration work. The anticipated substantial completion dates are June 2023 for some portions of the project and October 2023 for the overall project. The final completion date is anticipated for November 2023. There will be multiple milestones to meet along with specific start dates for certain activities. It is anticipated that work will occur over the winter for lot, roadway, and pond grading, along with utility installation in new areas. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Brian Kehrli, 1230 South Boulevard, Baraboo, Wi 53913. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
