Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the abatement and demolition of the Lashkowitz Riverfront, a high-rise apartment building and associated facilities located at 101 2nd St. South, Fargo, North Dakota, 58103. This project is envisioned as a three-phase project. At the discretion of the development team and selected contractor these phases maybe combined or separated in any fashion that are technically, and/or economically advantageous. Project cost is estimated at approximately $5,000,000 to $6,000,000 range Project Awarded to Target Contractors LLC
