Persons or companies interested in this call for tenders can obtain the documents by contacting the customer service department of the electronic tendering system at 514 856-6600 (Montreal region) or at 1 866 669-7326 (outside) or by consulting the website by stipulating the reference number MAS-2022-2437 , as of Thursday, September 15 , 2022 . Obtaining documents is subject to the fees established by Organization . The deadline for filing a complaint in the context of a call for tenders involving an expenditure of an amount above the threshold set by the government is October 3, 2022 . To be eligible to tender, the tenderer must have in his possession a copy of the General Specifications - Service Contract - AUGUST 2020 Edition . The City of Mascouche reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received , and not to incur any costs of any kind towards the tenderers.
