Request Category Code: Architectural/engineering Services (Rfp/rfq), Feasibility Study Description: the District Would Like to Expand the Agricultural Opportunities for Students by the Addition of an Indoor/outdoor Arena With Restrooms and Instructional Space. The Purpose of This Project is to Evaluate the Feasibility of Placing an Arena and Learning Center at This Location. Evaluate Parking Needs, Ada Accessibility, Restroom Facilities, Fire Suppression, Well and Septic Requirements, Deq, Hvac Requirements, and Code Requirements by Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Attention Needs to Be Given to Potential Future Expansion of This Program and Structure, if the Need Arises. Proximity and Relationships Between the Existing Buildings and the Proposed Facility Should Also Be Considered. Deliverables Should Also Include Three Options of Potential Layout Concepts With Opinions of Probable Cost for Each. Each Option May Have Differing Size and Type of Arena and Learning Center Concepts. The Design Team Will Work With the Representatives From the District in Evaluating the Use of the Site, Existing Buildings, and Surrounding Areas of the Property. Board of Trustees, Laramie County School District Number One, Cheyenne, Wyoming, Hereinafter Referred to as "Owner", Will Receive Request for Qualifications and Fee Proposals From Firms, Associated Individuals or Individuals to Provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the Site and Facilities Evaluation of the Clark Allen School Farm (Aka, Ag Farm), 1705 West Ridging Club Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
