NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Northern Arapaho Tribe is seeking bids for the construction and remodel of the Northern Arapaho Tribal Center, located at 533 Ethete Road, Ethete, WY 82520. SCOPE OF WORK Complete interior remodel of existing office building and new construction. Scope of work includes interior renovations comprised of primarily single occupant offices, conference rooms, open work environments. Project includes new exterior finishes, new openings, construction of a new drive under canopy / entry vestibule, site work, utility work, and landscaping. Removals and new construction of 1,880sf of structure to the east of existing building. New parking lots, drainage, and storm water ponding. Questions from interested firms regarding the Northern Arapaho Tribal Center Addition Remodel project and the Indian Preference Qualifications Statement must be submitted electronically to Owner's Executive Director Martin Armajo Sr. martin.armajosr@northernarapaho.com The Project consists of the construction and renovation to an existing facility in Ethete, Wyoming. Work will include approximately 25000 SF of addition and remodel work. Work includes, but is not limited to: concrete, steel, carpentry, thermal properties, openings, finishes, specialties, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and earthwork for new addition, etc. Most of the work and design intent is to match that of existing conditions. Contractor(s) will be responsible for careful removal, salvage and reinstallation of select product/material elements as applicable or as called out in the documents. See drawings and coordinate with Owner/Architect. Work to be completed in compliance with any, and all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
