Deadline for receiving questions is noon, October 7, 2022. In the subject line of the e-mail, quote Questions Regarding PL24TFG004. Questions should be as specific as possible. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to online by 4:00 PM., October 12, 2022. Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA), and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Be aware that BCTS has updated their EMS/SFM Environmental Field Procedures and Incident Reporting Procedures. Supervisors and workers will need to get familiar with these changes prior to commencement of operations.
