The Chase State Office Building (622 South Oakes St., San Angelo, TX, 76903), a property owned by the City of San Angelo and managed under the adjacent Fort Concho National Historic Landmark, is requesting bids (FC-01-23) to replace eleven (11) roof mounted HVAC units (Heat Pump and Air Conditioning) of various capacities. Contractor shall: o Remove existing units and appropriate parts and connections as necessary o Protect roof surface and sides of building during the project o Keep in place pipe supports for insulated supply and return lines o Install new units and test to ensure proper operation o Be responsible for all electrical work to disconnect and reconnect units to power; a licensed electrician is required The Chase State Office Building at 622 South Oakes, a property owned by the City of San Angelo and managed under the adjacent Fort Concho National Historic Landmark, is requesting bids to replace eleven (11) roof mounted HVAC units (Heat Pump and Air Conditioning) of various capacities. Contractor is required to use a licensed electrician for all electrical work during removal and installation. Work shall include required permits and inspections per the installation. Contractor shall coordinate with City representatives as needed to minimize downtime to the offices/public spaces each unit services.
