Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Key West Nas, Florida. Design plans call for the construction of a 5,161-square-foot, two-story above grade detention facility.
The project scope includes the new construction of one building with generator and mechanical rooms as well as storage space above parking. As of September 19, 2022 the project is in design stage and seeking development plan approval from the City of Key West. A meeting with the Board of Adjustment is scheduled for October 6, 2022. A meeting with the city Planning Board is expected to October and then the City Commission. The architect has been chosen. Information regarding the bid timeline has not been disclosed. Construction may begin in the spring of 2023. *Absolutely no inquiries will be accepted at this time. Unsolicited inquiries may result in disqualification in any future bidding opportunities.
