Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed Bid envelopes shall state the project name, and the date and time of the bid. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled bid opening time. Any bids received after the scheduled bid opening time will not be opened or considered. Proposals will only be accepted from Prequalified Contractors. The Project generally consists of two (2) new 10.3-million-gallon wire-wound pre-stressed concrete effluent storage tanks, yard piping, and associated site improvements adjacent. The Engineer s estimate for this Project is $15,000,000. The prospective bidder s attention is directed to the Bid Documents where detailed instruction and provisions are contained concerning bidding requirements, bonds, insurance, and other Project requirements. As outlined in the Instructions to Bidders, bids must be accompanied by an acceptable bid security payable to the Owner equal to of the total bid amount.
