Renovation of a municipal facility in Middleton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work: Stair Work -Provide all labor, material, and equipment to perform work. -Remove & store railings on site to re-install into their existing place after work is complete. -Cut, demo, & properly dispose of concrete debris from stairs. -Form & pour new concrete stairs matching the original dimensions as close as possible. -Strip & sponge finish air holes occurring during pouring. -Cup-wheel/shot blast new concrete to etch & remove oil/cream from the surface of the concrete to insure a strong bond for coating. -Re-install railings into original place before coating takes place. -Apply (2) two-part coating (Elastadeck) using sand grit for traction with super color stain topping. -Final Clean up.
