Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) duct system maintenance services at the San Pedro DMV field office. Term: Thirty (30) calendar days within the term of December 1, 2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through June 30, 2023. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services The bidder shall possess a valid C20 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). In addition, the bidder shall provide a National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) to perform project oversight services. The bidder shall either directly employ the NADCA certified ASCS that shall perform project oversight services or utilize a NADCA certified ASCS subcontractor that shall perform project oversight services. The bidder shall provide proof of certification for their directly employed or subcontracted NADCA certified ASCS with their bid. All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses and certifications for the work they shall perform under the contract. The bidder contractor license number shall be indicated on the Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet (Attachment 1). The names of all subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize and their contractor license number (if applicable) shall be indicated on the Bidder Declaration & Subcontractor/Supplier List (Attachment #4). All bidder and subcontractor contractor licenses and certifications shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract.
