The City of Yonkers wishes to set up a contract for the option to purchase up to twenty (20) Magniflood James Madison Light Poles (Catalog No. JMA-1-12-Gloss Black), or equal, per specifications on page 45 of the bid document. The first order will be for an immediate delivery of six (6) units. The City will not guarantee a minimum order for any future orders. If bidding an equal, bidder must provide the manufacturer name and manufacturer part number of the item being bid. Additionally, all corresponding technical data and specification sheets must be included in bid submission. Item is subject to review by the City of Yonkers. Final determination of product compliance will be made by the City of Yonkers. Contract Term:

No ONE LARKIN CENTER, 3RD FLOOR, YONKERS, NY 10701 Located in the Yonkers Riverfront Library Building across from the Metro-North train station - if delivering the bid in person, allow sufficient time to find parking and get through security. The building is open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for receiving packages via courier services and in person. If delivering bids in person, individuals must see the Public Safety Officer in the library atrium, who will contact Purchasing to meet the individual at the 3rd floor elevator.
