The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Digester Gravel Area Improvements as follows: Project includes the installation of a concrete cover and stormwater management piping around the digester complex at the water Pollution Control Plant. Work generally includes excavation, piping installation, and concrete installation. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by the City Utilities Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, In whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City.
