**As of December 21, 2022, project has been put on hold for bid until early spring of 2023. 190998 Repair spalled concrete & install a traffic overlay system on the upper parking garage surface. Q & A deadline: Sep 29, 2022 6:00:00 PM EDT All questions must be submitted electronically through BidSync. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University.
