Site work and paving for a civil project in Parrish, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes 4,015 SY Road bed Processing, 455 Tons Bituminous Paving, 36 LF 30" Storm Piping and 30 LF 15" Storm Piping. Requests for Documents will be honoured until 72 hours prior to the Bid Opening, no Documents will be issued after that time. Bidders to note conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates are to be paid under the Contract. Note Section 3, Section 109, E.O. 11246, and Segregated Facility requirements are also applicable. A certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety company in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, made payable to the Town of Parrish must be submitted with each Bid. All Bidders must be a properly licensed Alabama General Contractor, including proper classification for work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
