Reference Number: AB-2022-05560 1) This RFP is open to all interested Suppliers. 2) The City of Calgary ("The City") requires a supplier capable of Cleaning, Inspecting, Maintaining and Repairing Catch Basins and drainage systems throughout the entire Light Rail Transit (LRT) right-of-way (ROW) system as an overflow service on behalf of Calgary Transit. The ROW system will be broken down into sections to be completed on an annual basis when required, traditionally during non-business hours (evening and weekends). 3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations 4) "Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City's intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement may include a PoC for a period to be specified in the Information Table. The Deliverables are included in one (1) schedule. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreements will be for a term of two (2) years. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. The Agreement will include a PoC.
