The City of Norcross is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for 2022 Street resurfacing for the department of Public Works, Utilities & Parks. The work location and descriptions follow but are not limited to: 1. Northbelt Parkway NW from North Norcross Tucker Rd. to North Belt Dr. (7,292 SY). 2. Pinnacle Court from Pinnacle Way to End (2,349SY) 3. Academy Street NW from Lawrenceville Street to Born St. (1,329 SY) 4. Northbelt Dr. NW from Jimmy Carter Blvd to cuz-de-sac (3,058) Mill asphalt pavement 2”, Overlay with 9.5mm Superpave. Patching as needed, striping as directed. Streets scheduled for milling and resurfacing will include repairing the existing pavement base, resurfacing of adjacent driveways to meet street pavement grades, adjustments of water valves & manholes, and the installation of pavement markings. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate Award will be made to the supplier submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The City of Norcross reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety. The City of Norcross reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion.
