Renovation of a detention facility in Kinross Charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Chippewa Correctional Facility (West) (URF): 1. Remove the duct work and replace with metal duct work for the mechanical room exhaust fan located in the mechanical/ generator building (refer to drawings for exact location). 2. Install two new above ground fuel tank(s) that will support the generator for 72 hours. 3. Install one new day fuel tank that will support the generator start up fuel in rush. Chippewa Correctional Facility (East) (URF): 1. Replace existing emergency generator. 2. Replace main ATS. 3. Install new emergency panelboard for freezers and cooler. 4. Install new ATS for freezers and cooler. 5. Install new manual camlock transfer switch. 6. Replace building 900 (Nebbish Unit) ATS. 7. Install one new day fuel tank that will support the generator start up fuel in rush. ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: October 6, 2022, at 2 PM
