Clear Hills County is currently accepting public proposals for a one-year term commencing November 1, 2022, appointing an engineering firm to complete all requirements for Clear Hills County wetland analysis projects. Proposal Guidelines Clear Hills County will have wetland assessment projects for various locations throughout the year. Each assessment will include the following objectives: Desktop Wetland Assessment Field Wetland Assessment Completion and submission of an ABWRET-A form, covering each wetland assessed during the field assessment. Calculation of wetland replacement values for each wetland to be impacted by the proposed construction. Wetland Assessment and Impact Report: Compilation of a Wetland Assessment and Impact Report (WAIR) in accordance with the Alberta Wetland Assessment and Impact Report Directive, reviewed and signed by an Authenticating Professional. Submission and WAIR, Water Act Application Form, shapefiles and required maps to Alberta Environment and Parks when required.
