Coordinates: Latitude 46.573669, Longitude -122.753291 Attendance at the job show is required for bid submission. \ will include: Mobilization LS, Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control LS, Water Isolation/Fish Exclusion, Toe Logs 7 EA, Key Logs 14 EA, Filler Logs 7 EA, Crest Logs 7 EA, Cribwall Unit Installed 7 EA, Bank Grading, Excavation and Offsite Removal 105 CY, Stabilization, Coir Fabric Installation 180 SY, Site Restoration, Seeding 0.2 AC Minor Change $1000 T&M and other items in conformance with the 2022 WSDOT Standard Specifications incl. the APWA Supplement, and the Special Provisions for this project. This project is funded by grants administered by the Washington Recreation and Conservation Office. Washington State prevailing wage provisions apply to this project and contractor will be required to file a Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages to Department of Labor and Industries, as well as Affidavit of Wages Paid. The District will not make final payment until they receive evidence that the Affidavit form has been certified by L&I. ALL BID PROPOSALS shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a Surety Bond, Cash, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The Proposal Bond can be on DOT Form 272-001 revised 08/2001 for Local Agency Use. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Lewis Conservation District. ALL BID PROPOSALS shall be on forms furnished from Lewis Conservation District. Sealed bids will be due by September 23rd at 10 am.
