The Owner of the project is Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority. Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. The bid is for grounds maintenance at eighteen (18) locations in Cobb and Cherokee counties. All questions related to the Project shall be submitted by email no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, October 3, 2022, to the Owners Procurement Coordinator, at procurement@ccmwa.org. Questions, if answered, will be addressed by addendum to the Contract Documents. Receipt of any amendment to this Advertisement for Bids shall be acknowledged, in writing, and shall be submitted with the Bid. No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the Bidder. Proposals must be signed in ink by a company official that has authorization to commit company resources. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Bidder in the preparation of its Bid in response to this Advertisement for Bid. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the day of the Bid opening, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and re-advertise.
