This competitive procurement process ("Process") seeks to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) list to provide roofing services. Only suppliers on VOR lists will be invited to bid on the Board's projects. VOR lists will be based on the following categories & districts: - Category 1 will have an estimated work value between $10,000 and $99,999. - Category 2 will have an estimated work value between $100,000 and $250,000. - District of Sudbury - District of Algoma. The term of the prequalified supplier list is to be for an unlimited period. The prequalified supplier list may be revised yearly if required. Only suppliers on the Board's VOR list will be invited to bid on the Board's projects, unless otherwise allowed for in this document. Respondents may select to be prequalified for one or more VOR lists. The Board intends to prequalify a maximum of five (5) respondents per category/district. Where more than the above identified number of successful respondents exceed the minimum total score, the five (5) highest scoring respondents per category/district will be retained. The Board will annually review the VOR lists in order to maintain the minimum number of qualified respondent and to ensure it supports the Board's requirements. Where the number of successful respondents falls to less than three (3), the Board will refer to and add the next highest successful respondent who has exceeded the minimum total score in the prequalification process, to the VOR list.
