Renovation of a library in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This Request for Tender ("RFT") is an invitation by Toronto Public Library ("the Library") to pre-qualified general contractors, from 127-21-TPL-RFSQ General Contractor VOR L3, to submit bids for the provision of Armour Heights Library Interior Renovation, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables"). The selected bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with the Library for the provision of the Deliverables in the form attached as Appendix A to the RFT. It is the Library's intention to enter into the Form of Agreement based on that attached as Appendix A to the RFT with only one (1) legal entity. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around November 1, 2022.
