Last day for questions Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 4:00 PM C.S.T Knutson Construction Services has been selected as Construction Manager Agent by the Byron Public Schools to administer the construction of the Byron Public Schools High School Additions. 1. The project consists of three separate building additions onto the existing Byron High School. Two of the additions are an extension of the classroom wings and the third addition is a new auditorium and classrooms which will serve as the storm shelter. All Contractors are required to complete all work in accordance with the Schedule issued as a part of these Contract Documents. Bidders shall include in their price all overtime, material/equipment fabrication or procurement time, worker delays, on-site coordination, interfacing with other Contractors and all other factors necessary to adhere to this schedule. B. Temporary Certificate of Occupancy will be received in phases upon completion of each individual addition. Coordinate with the Construction Manager immediately upon award of any constraints that could interfere with TCO. C. Substantial Completion varies per addition
