The supplier must file with its bid a valid certificate issued by Revenu Québec relating to its tax obligations. Other eligibility conditions Any entrepreneur with an establishment in Quebec and who employs fifty or more employees is subject to the "Government policy on the use and quality of the French language in the administration" and must comply with the requirements of this policy during the term of the contract. The contractor must , on the date of submission of tenders, be authorized to contract by the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP). It is strongly suggested that the entrepreneur submit a request to the AMP as soon as possible in order to obtain authorization to contract within the prescribed deadlines. The contractor must not be a person who participated directly or indirectly as a contractor, or as a sub-contractor of a contractor, or in any other way in the drafting or development of this tender document. Cannot be presented in the bid or assigned to the execution of the mandate any resource that participated directly or indirectly in the development or drafting of this call for tenders. The contractor must comply with the Lobbying Transparency and Ethics Act, the Notices issued by the Lobbyists Commissioner and the Lobbyists' Code of Conduct with respect to this call for tenders. The contractor must not be registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or if he is registered there, his period of ineligibility must have ended. The contractor must hold a valid license from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ).
