Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to Construction of Bridgewater Meadow Lift Station No. 3 Rehabilitation for Harris County MUD No. 71, Harris County, Texas. Scope of Work includes: Rehabilitation of existing lift station, including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting, and recoating of Wet Well and Wet Well piping; rehabilitation of Wet Well Vent; rehabilitation of Valve Vault, including but not limited to power washing the interior, cleaning, abrasive blasting and re-coating piping and valves; bypass pumping; construction of bypass connection; and stormwater pollution prevention plan. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project.
