Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

No PreBid Conference will be held. SCOPE OF WORK: Project consists of a 'turnkey' furnishing and installation of a storage shed to accomplish the following goals: o Unheated metal building shall be 40' wide by 60' long, with an exterior minimum height of 16'. Roof must meet or exceed applicable building codes for required dead, wind and snow loads. o Metal panels shall be minimum 26 gauge. o Panels shall receive minimum 'double bubble' or similar insulation that is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic and meets all applicable fire codes. o Shop Drawings for foundation and building must be in accordance with Pennsylvania Building Codes and sealed by a PA Commonwealth design professional. o One Overhead Door - 10' wide by 10' high minimum and one approximately 3070 Hollow Metal Door with panic device, heavy duty closer and lever lock. o 6" Concrete Slab on Grade, 3500 PSI, with expansion joints and fiber mesh reinforcing and top sealer. o Bidders shall prep site to receive foundation and building and shall be responsible to procure any necessary permits and occupancy approvals, but can assume that land development and related submissions will not be necessary. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
