Site work for a mixed-use development in Delano Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Delano Township Supervisors, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania for the Trenton Park Basketball Court Fence Installation Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The Work must be completed prior to December 23, 2022. The Work generally consists of improvements to the existing facilities which includes installation of 12' high fence around existing basketball court including access gate The work locations are more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Delano Township reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS or portions thereof and to accept any BIDS, which in its judgment is for the best interest of the Township.Delano Township and their representatives are not responsible for bids mailed but not received.
