IFB No.: 2023-1 Project No.: CDBG No. 19-C-RS-I-03-G-13 Project: San Ysidro, Edith Murray Community Center, NM Route 4, San Ysidro, NM Description: The project consists of an approximate 2,790 square foot community center with large meeting hall, kitchen, restrooms, and mechanical room. Construction will be wood frame, stucco, and metal roof. Internal finishes include brick flooring (as alternate), painted drywall and viga ceiling with rough-sawn paneling (as alternate).
