Vendor to supply and deliver six (6) new condition, power vented Reznor Gas Unit Heaters Model UDX75, and six (6) new condition vent caps or approved equals. Heaters shall be provided with a minimum one (1) year standard warranty. Vendor shall guarantee its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, given normal use and care, over the period of manufacturer warranty. Vendor shall submit with bid sufficient manufacturer published information to permit comparison of offered products with NBC requirements. Location: Narragansett Bay Commission- Interceptor Maintenance Building- 1 Service Road, Providence, RI 02905 Pursuant To Ri General Laws 37-2-18, Each Bidder Must Submit Both An Original Bid Anda Copy Of Their Bid. Said Bid Copy Will Be Available For Public Inspection Upon The Opening Of The Bids. Bidder Has The Burdento Identify And Withhold Sensitive Items As Detailed Under Ri General Laws 37-2-18(B) From The Public Copy Of The Bid. For Contracts Involving Construction, Alteration And/or Repair Work, The Payment Of Prevailing Rates Apply. Per RI General Laws 37-2-18, Items Identified As Mandatory Are In Bold Italics. Surety (when requested). Bidder must furnish a bid bond or certified check for 3% of the bid in the amount stated. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% performance bond.
