The Town of Ajax is seeking to pre-qualify and retain Road Contractors who can demonstrate experience providing all equipment, labour, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the annual road resurfacing program of municipal roads and associated repairs within the Town of Ajax over the next 3 years (2023 - 2025). Inquiry Deadline: 11:30 AM Local Time on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 Provide a letter from a nationally recognized Surety Company stating intent to provide a 50% Labour and Materials Bond and 50% Performance Bond if awarded the project.
