Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project generally involves upgrades to an existing parking lot adjacent to the Beach. The Work will be divided into two phases. The Phase 1 Work includes but is not necessarily limited to excavation; site grading; the supply and installation of a turf reinforcement mat; supply and construction of a timber crib, supply, planting and maintenance of various beach plantings contributing to a wetland restoration; supply and construction of a revetment; environmental protection and all work as shown on the Project Drawings. The Phase 2 Work includes but is not necessarily limited to supply and construction of a timber boardwalk; environmental protection and all work as identified as Phase 2 work on the Project Drawings. Technical questions shall be submitted in writing to: Victoria Fernandez, P.Eng., CBCL Limited, by email to: vfernandez@cbcl.ca Contact tenders@cbcl.ca to obtain complete tender documents and to register as an official plan taker. A Bid Bond OR Certified Cheque, payable to the Parks New Brunswick, in the amount of 10% of the Total Amount Payable, must also accompany each Tender. New Brunswick Parks reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
