Digital bid bonds and Agreement to bond are required as detailed in the RFT document. Successful bidder(s) will have to enter into a CCDC 4 Agreement with TRCA. Sample agreement is attached. Quotations will not be considered unless submitted on forms supplied by the TRCA. TRCA active sites are applying procedures for performing field work while the Incident Management System for the COVID-19 pandemic is active. All visitors/contractors to TRCA sites must adhere to these procedures including social distancing measures. TRCA is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any Quotations submitted and shall have the right to reject any or all Quotations. NOTE: It is mandatory for all workers, including delivery vehicle drivers, to wear head and foot protection (O. Reg 213/91, s. 22 & 23), and, high-visibility vest (O. Reg 213/91, s. 69.1). FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF ENTRY. Suppliers' drivers must obey all municipal, provincial and federal laws, by-laws and regulations while on the site and on the roadways within the local community, including all road permits, if required.
