Question Submission Close Date : 10/6/2022 3:00 PM PDT For the construction of a new park in the East Fraser Lands community in southeast Vancouver. Promontory Park is a 0,75-hectare park at the intersection of Marine Way and Sawill Crescent. Located in the northeast corner of the new East Fraser Lands area 1, this park was previously named Promontory Park in development documents but will find a new name through the park naming process. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: a) Protection of existing trees as noted on drawings; b) All demolition work as indicated in the drawings; c) Excavation, removal and off-site disposal of excess materials; d) Earthworks to achieve grades and slopes indicated in the Drawings; e) Supply and installation of granular base materials as required to achieve details, specification and grading requirements; f) Supply and install of subsurface drainage works; g) Supply and install of concrete works; h) Supply and install of paving, including concrete paving, safety sand surfacing, safety rubber surfacing and/or others; i) Supply and install of play equipment and various site furnishings; j) Supply and install of boulder features; k) Supply and install of stormwater swale and drain rock reservoir; l) Supply and install of growing medium; m) Supply and install of plants, planting, hydroseeding and sod lawn; n) Supply and install of irrigation system; and o) Provision of landscape maintenance as described in the Specifications; Please refer to the Drawings and Specifications for a more detailed description of the Work.
