Deane Pump Station Improvements PROJECT EST.: $3,500,000.00 Project Address: Sierra Highway and Skyline Ranch Road Santa Clarita, CA 91351 A. The Work to install the pumping station includes a concrete masonry unit building, booster pump system - three 100 HP Pump and motors (850 gpm at 250 feet of total dynamic head (TDH)), site piping, civil site work, mechanical equipment,electrical components, controls, andinfrastructure required for a new electrical service for the station. This summary is not allinclusive, the Drawings and Specifications fully describe the Work. 1. The pump station is located along Skyline Ranch Road south of Stratus Street and north of Sierra Highway. The source of water for the Deane Pump Station are the North Oaks Tanks with a gradient of 1,758 feet (50% full). The Pump Station will pump to the new 2.08 MG Deane Tanks with a high water level of 1,944 feet. B. The primary objective for this project is to construct facilities for the distribution of potable water. The facilities will provide potable water to local residences customers through a series of pipelines via a pump station. PROJECT DURATION: Two Hundred Sixty Four Working Days
