Snow removal services for Roanoke County within the Salem Residency Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Ms. Shonda Fowler at shonda.fowler@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office will determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions 5:00PM, October 5, 2022. The contract period shall be from date of award through June 30, 2022, with the opportunity for four (4) optional, consecutive one-year renewals. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
