Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Payne, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Your firm is invited to submit a Bid under seal to the Owner for sand blasting and recoating the Monsanto Clearwell Tank Repaint in Marshall County for Northeast Alabama Water, Sewer & Fire Protection District. The following is a short description of the project: Description: Includes all labor, materials and equipment to sandblast and recoat the existing 500,000 gallon, 40ft ground water storage tank, inside and out, etc. The Owner requires the Project to be completed in 75 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Contractor shall provide a copy of their Alabama General Contractor License with their bid. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. The time of completion is essential condition of this Contract. Liquidated Damages for this project is $500.00 per calendar day.
