Construction includes adding a new Turnpike SB Left-Turn Exit Ramp, minor pavement widening on the Turnpike SB Exit Ramp, milling and resurfacing of the existing Turnpike ramps, new drainage structures, ITS communication for wrong way counter measures, utility adjustments, signing, pavement marking improvements, and new mast-arm signals on SR 25 (US-27) for the Turnpike SB Left-Turn Exit Ramp and for the Left-Turn to Turnpike NB On-Ramp.
